We are an independent fashion brand, specialising in bespoke streetwear clothing. All products in our store are made to order in our studio in the UK.
Once your order is confirmed, your product will begin its development process. As all products on Rags by Jak are handmade to order, please allow between 7-14 days, with a max of up to 28 days during busy periods for the manufacturing process (this will be indicated at checkout).
Once your product has been made, we will contact you letting you know that your product is finished, packaged and ready to be shipped.
Every order is sent with its own unique tracking reference which will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. You will then be able to follow its journey all the way to your door. Please note shipping information can be found in the Delivery section in the footer.

We do offer free shipping for all orders above £300, and £150 for UK addresses

Sure, we can issue refunds for all stock items that are returned in the same unworn condition that they were bought in, with packaging and labels intact. However, some items are non-refundable like bespoke items. Please check out our Delivery & Returns for full details.
We accept most major Credit/Debit cards as well as PayPal and Klarna for those who want to split the costs of their order. Stable coins and Crypto payments have been temporarily suspended, although we may bring this back in the future.

Yes, each product will have its own unique sizing information which can be found in the product page and the product descriptions. We also have a size guide in the footer of our website. As everything is made to order we would appreciate your cooperation in carefully checking sizes before ordering. Please do drop us an email if you are unsure as we're always happy to help.
Firstly, always pay attention to care labels. Wash at low temperatures with a gentle detergent. Air dry instead of tumble dry. Wash clothes inside out when machine washing and avoid overfilling the washing machine to reduce friction and prolong the quality of the fabrics. Finally, wash less and store properly. We also have a section in the footer of the website with all of the fabric and care information.
Depending on how serious the relationship is, you could either ask them for it back, plan your own little hoodie heist to get it back, or let them have it. If you do find yourself in that unfortunate conundrum, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
