Returns
As all items on our website are made to order especially for you, we would appreciate your cooperation in helping us minimise the return rate by carefully reading the product specifications and ensuring that you check the size information before placing your order. If unsure, please contact us so we can assist.
Everything we sell online is covered by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your item and you wish to return it, just notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
If you purchased directly through us, please contact us via email, or alternatively you can fill out a web enquiry via the ‘contact us’ page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We can only issue refunds for items that are returned in the same unworn condition that they were bought in, with packaging and labels intact. If the item(s) are faulty, please notify us within seven days of receiving the goods and we will rectify to the best of our ability. The Company cannot accept a return if the goods have been worn, damaged by the Customer or for customer bespoke items. The Customer is responsible for the item until it has been received by the Company (Us), so please retain proof of postage, as we will not be able to issue a refund if we have not received the goods back and you are unable to provide us with proof of postage to the correct returns address. Please note the shipping costs will not be reimbursed. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. As all items on our website are made to order, we reserve the right to process a 20% handling fee (from the total item cost exc. shipping. Upon receipt of the item(s), they will be inspected. If the item(s) are deemed unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition, the Customer will receive a refund within 14 working days, minus the 20% handling fee (if applicable) and shipping/collection costs. Rags by Jak (Rags and BakPaks Ltd) can and will refuse the right to issue a refund and will return the goods to the Customer if they are deemed unfit for resale.
