Made-to-Order Items
Many of our garments are made to order and produced by hand in our small UK studio.
Because each piece is created specifically for you, lead times can vary depending on demand and production flow.
• Estimated dispatch: 7–21 days
• This timeframe covers cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality checks
• Shipping begins after production is complete
Please note: Shipping speed does not reduce production time.
Ready-to-Wear Items
Some items are available as ready-to-wear stock.
• Estimated dispatch: 1–3 working days
• Shipped from the UK once packed and checked

Duties & Import Taxes
🇺🇸 United States Orders
Orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means:
• Import duties and taxes are included in the product price
• No additional charges are due on delivery
• Parcels clear customs without surprise fees
To keep pricing fair, we partially subsidise US import charges rather than passing on the full cost.
🌍 EU & International Orders
For European and international orders outside the UK and US, parcels may be subject to import duties and local taxes charged by your customs authority.
Customs often notify recipients by letter, email, or text message requesting payment before delivery. Please keep an eye on your mailbox and tracking updates, as parcels can be held if these notices are missed.
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
We always provide accurate customs declarations to minimise delays.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
As a small independent studio, occasional delays can happen during busy periods or due to material availability.
If your order is taking longer than expected, we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

How long will my order take to ship?
This depends on the item:
• Made-to-order: dispatched within 7–21 days
• Ready-to-wear: dispatched within 1–3 working days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.
• All UK orders ship free via standard delivery
• International orders over £300 ship free via standard delivery
Is next day delivery available?
Next day delivery is available within the UK only at £5.95.
Are duties and import taxes included for US orders?
Yes.
All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning import duties and taxes are included in the product price.
There will be no additional charges on delivery.
Will I need to pay customs fees if I’m outside the US?
Possibly.
For countries outside the US, import duties and taxes are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
How do I know if my item is made-to-order or ready-to-wear?
Each product page clearly states whether an item is made to order or ready to wear.
If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not yet entered production or been dispatched, we may be able to help.
Please contact us as soon as possible.
What if I need my order by a specific date?
We recommend contacting us before placing your order.
While we can’t guarantee rush production, we’ll always be honest about what’s possible.
