US orders ship with import charges prepaid. No additional import charges are due on delivery.
🇩🇪 Germany
German orders ship with import charges prepaid. No additional import charges are due on delivery.
🌍 Rest of the EU & International
For all other EU countries and international destinations, import duties, taxes and customs handling fees are not included and may be charged by your local customs authority or delivery provider before delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: where import charges have been paid by the customer on delivery, these are collected by the destination country's customs authority and are not refundable by Rags by Jak.
